Preethi Sankar is part of the Content Team. Preethi brings with her rich experience of over 16 years of soft skill training experience having worked with several renowned names in Information Technology, Automobile, Telecom, BFSI space across India. The mantra of her life ‘Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakes’ by Carl Jung. Interestingly, her journey into training and content development started when a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER of a leading telecom provider recruited her to carry out training programs for their organization.
One of her favourite topics to train on is Critical Thinking as it gets her to analyse, re-analyse her own perspective every time she conducts the session. The greatest praise that she has received and which was very humbling was when a renowned IT company sent out an internal communication pan India acknowledging and appreciating the program she carried out for them. To her, the most memorable recognition that she has received as a trainer is when participants who she has trained more than a decade back still call, message or visit her even after all these years. It is the best feeling to be remembered for the work you do. It is truly humbling to hear of their success stories. However, her biggest faux pas that she is guilty of consistently doing during training programs, is the habit of calling participants by another name instead of their own name. She still has not overcome this habit .
Preethi is an avid reader, a Yoga enthusiast and loves to indulge in Mandala art painting- an art form which is about finding peace in the symmetry of the design and of the universe. Her go to book is “Pulling your own strings” by Dr.Wayne Dyer. This book has changed her perspective on so many things and adds so much value every time she reads it. However, Preethi is most passionate about making a difference in the lives of people who need support and guidance and is actively working towards building a tangible setup.
