Participants are given unique login id’s and passwords and as long as they have a good internet connection and a laptop, they can play the simulation from anywhere and anytime. These games are intellectually engaging and ideally suited for middle and senior managers. Catalyst has designed its own online simulations and also licensed them from Knolskape.
