Overview: Card based games are a quick and effective way to reinforce learning outcomes and engage participants during a session. Various formats of cards such as cue cards, question cards, picture cards, commitment cards etc are used to initiate discussions and uncover learnings. Catalyst designs its own card games and can create customised card games based on the specific needs of the organizations as well. A typical card based game has a game duration of 1 hour and debrief and discussion of another 1-1.5 hours.
