A Few Words About Me
Ranita is a result focused and passionate HR professional with more than 17 years’ diverse experience with organizations like Pepsi, Genpact & CATALYST. Her expertise lies in training content development, HR consulting and Assessments. She is currently engaged as a content development specialist with The Catalyst. She also serves as Director to a Delhi based IT organization called Quantrix Solutions Pvt Ltd. She has keen interest and expertise in talent growth and development which she actively pursues by following a consultative solution-based approach in delivering OD & training interventions that create value for organizations while leveraging people’s performance and potential.
Her mantra in life is….don’t wait for an opportunity…just create it !!
Ranita has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD and a BA (H) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. She is certified on Hogan Assessments by Three Fish Consulting, Leadership Architect and Hi-Potential Masterclass based on Lominger Leadership Competency model by Korn Ferry and she also holds certification on conducting Behavioural Event Interviews by Anahat.
Personally, she loves to spend her free time engaging in creative pursuits with her 9 year old daughter Tashi and is currently enjoying being a second time mommy to her son Rathin who is 6 months old. Ranita loves to read popular fiction and watch romantic comedies. Her wish list includes travelling the entire length and breadth of Europe, go on a solo trip and learn to dance the Tango.
