“It’s play that makes us do serious stuff better”. That’s the philosophy on which I have founded Catalyst, an experiential learning firm. My sales stint at Unilever in my initial corporate stint and my strategy consulting stint at Accenture allowed me to have a deep perspective of how businesses run and I combined this with my entrepreneurial dream of running an immersive learning venture to start Catalyst in 2009.
