Priti Agarwal

UserPriti is a versatile professional with interests ranging from sales, consulting, business development, learning and development and building organizational capability. She founded the Catalyst in 2009 with the dream of offering unique skill enhancement opportunities to individuals across various kinds of institutions and organizations at various levels. Her interest in people development started very early in her career, even before the entrepreneurial bug bit her, when as a sales manager and a leader at HUL, she pioneered and rolled out various learning forums for her team. She continued to mentor and coach peers and subordinates in her role as a strategy consultant at Accenture. The journey of self actualization for self and others continues unabated as she passionately believes that learning is the only path to progress – both personally and professionally. She spends considerable amount of time enhancing her own skills as a facilitator and assessor through various certifications, webinars and coming up with new strategies and approaches to develop effective and engaging learning techniques . She has conducted a number of consulting projects, assessment centers and training programs on sales effectiveness, leadership, communication, team building, time management etc. with various clients and locations.

 

Priti is an MBA from XLRI and an economics graduate from St Stephen’s college, Delhi University. Apart from pursuing her dream (The Catalyst), Priti loves to spend time with her kids and read books across various subjects.

 

Shivani Manchanda

UserShivani Manchanda is a dynamic, accomplished and client driven professional offering extensive experience in Business Development, strategy , finance and operations.  She combines her clear thought process with  pragmatic approach to offer innovative, impactful  and unique sulotion. Shivani serves as a partner to The Catalyst.

 

She has spearheaded Catalyst into customized Assessment center and training programs for various institutional and corporate clients. She is Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified and has facilitated several workshops and one to one coaching sessions basis the psychometric tool.

 

Before taking the plunge into her own venture, she has spent over 7 years with  global consulting giants like Ernst and Young, Delliote Haskins and Sells and American Express, where she has led several assignment on Policy review and compliance, Business analysis, USGAAP & IGAPP audits, IFRS Reporting, SOX Compliance etc. She is a B. Com (Hons ) graduate from Punjab University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

 

Ranita Ghosh

UserRanita is a result focused and passionate HR professional with over 10 years’ diverse experience with FMCG & ITES organizations. She  has keen interest in people development which she actively pursues by following a consultative solution based approach in delivering OD & training interventions that create value for organizations while leveraging people’s performance and potential.  THE CATALYST offers her a platform to do both through its unique philosophy.

 

She has huge expertise in leading HR transformation initiatives in area of key account setups, transitions, org restructuring and implementation of HR processes and systems for various business verticals. She has led several initiatives focussing on employee engagement, talent management and capability development resulting in consistently top scores on engagement and HR scorecard metrics for the businesses she led. Ranita has also spearheaded various Leadership development and change management interventions helping create engaged and empowered teams.

 

Ranita has done her MBA in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD and BA Honors in Economics from Delhi University. She also holds a certification in Lominger’s universally acclaimed Leadership & Choices Architect®.

 

Rashmi Priya

UserRashmi is a solution oriented and customer focused professional who truly believes that ‘the biggest success lies in discovering and nurturing one’s true talents’.  This belief has led to a keen interest in identifying, developing and shaping people and their potential to achieve optimum performance and productivity. She strives to bring out the best in them  by leveraging her expertise in multiple areas like competency based talent interventions, assessing and enhancing team, manager, employee effectiveness, developing creative, enagaging learning content and impactful OD projects . She has a grounding in Intervention Design and Facilitation Skills which she uses to help clients discover innovative solutions and experience transformational learning and growth.

 

Before taking the giant leap to follow her passion, she spent over 7 years in multinational organizations like Genpact and Sapient where she performed as an accomplished HR professional with wide variety of experience in various HR domains like Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Learning and Development.

 

Rashmi is an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
